Meet Chelsea Guilfoil, a highly skilled and New York State Licensed Esthetician. Chelsea graduated in 2009 from the prestigious Atelier Esthétique Institute of Esthetics in New York, New York. Her dedication to her craft led her to obtain certifications in Paramedical Esthetics, enabling her to work alongside physicians in medical settings.

Chelsea’s pursuit of excellence led her to achieve an International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) diploma, the highest esthetics diploma that can be earned worldwide. With valuable experience gained from working at renowned spas in Manhattan, Chelsea decided to bring her talents and expertise back to the Syracuse area.

Driven by her own journey of tackling acne, Chelsea’s passion lies in guiding her clients on their skincare journeys. In 2013, she realized her dream of becoming an entrepreneur and took ownership of Chelsea’s Esthetic Boutique. While she offers a wide range of services—including full body waxing and advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, and microcurrent—facial massage is her true specialty. Chelsea has trained with Yakov Gershkovich, the creator of Sculptural Face Lifting, and Aya Abramov, deepening her skill set in advanced facial massage and integrative techniques.

Chelsea’s creativity shines through in her dedication to crafting unique facial protocols for her clients. With each visit, they can expect a fresh and invigorating experience tailored to their specific needs and desires. Chelsea’s ultimate goal is to help clients look and feel their best.

Maggie DeJohn, a 2021 graduate of SUNY Oswego with a BFA in Studio Art and a minor in psychology, brings her diverse skill set to her role as the Office Manager at Chelsea's Esthetic Boutique.

With elegance and professionalism, Maggie diligently manages behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled and calls are answered promptly. Her passion for skincare shines through, as she joined Chelsea's the summer after graduating college, while also pursuing her career in the arts. In her free time, Maggie enjoys exercising, napping, and expressing her creativity through nail art.

Danielle is currently on maternity leave and is planning to return after the the holidays! Danielle LeFever, a dedicated NYS Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for healing and well-being. Danielle graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2016, bringing her expertise in various massage modalities to Chelsea's Esthetic Boutique. In addition, she holds an A.A.S in Art from Onondaga Community College, demonstrating her diverse background and creative mindset.

With specialization in Cupping Therapy, Swedish, Orthopedic/Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone Massage, Danielle offers a wide range of techniques to address her clients' unique needs. She approaches every massage session with a caring and compassionate attitude, tailoring each experience to ensure the utmost comfort and relaxation. Ally is know for her warm, attentive customer service and passion for gua sha. She not only incorporates this technique into her treatments but also teaches gua sha classes. With a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, she ensures top-notch services for every client she works with.

Casey Ratcliff is a NYS Licensed Esthetician and graduate of Continental School of Beauty. She has expertise in results-focused facial massage and knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments.
